As we reach the halfway point of 2024, we take a moment to look back at the fantastic journey that TERNO by TCG had so far. Here are some highlights of our events and achievements from January to June:
Segunda Pulo documentary was screened at the Al Marmoom Film Festival in the Desert and was chosen as one of the finalists for documentary category.
Awarded "Best in Philippine-made products Award" by Fearless Fab Flamingo
Featured in DXB Today's Spotlight and ProExperts Media Abu Dhabi
Attended Prime Group's Stakeholder's Gala as an exhibitor and one of the panelists
Attended the special premier of GomBurZa film in Dubai and was one of the sponsors
Travelled to the Philippines to visit our artisans in Laguna, Ilocos and Abra
Held a total of 5 TERNOS and Tapas social gathering In Dubai and Abu Dhabi
Collaboration event with Thriving Filipina Circle celebrating their 2nd year anniversary and Independence Day Celebration entitle "Malayang Filipino"
Exhibitor at the Kalayaan 2024 celebration at the World Trade Center
First ever fashion show and Segunda Pulo screening at Philippine Business Council's Independence Day celebration; and
Saved a total of AED 3,621.00 for our Artisans Fund!
To cap it all off, TERNO by TCG was invited during First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos' visit in the UAE on 29th June and had the rare opportunity to personally meet the First Lady and celebrate our culture and success stories with the FIlipino Community led by His Excellency Ambassador Alfonso Ver, His Honorable Consul General Marford Angeles, Philippine Business Council Dubai and Northern Emirates, the Filipino Social Club and more Filipino groups in the UAE.
We are thrilled to announce the upcoming highlights for the remainder of the year, including the launch of our highly anticipated new collection, the screening of our part 2 documentary, and a series of new and improved TERNOS and TAPAS get togethers.
